Warranty of Goods/Services
1. All our goods/services will serve their intended functions. All goods will be 80 - 90% similar to the pictures.
Please Note: We made every effort to accurately display the nail polish colors, the actual colors you see will vary depending on your monitor settings.
Confirmation of orders
1. We will acknowledge and confirm the availability of item upon submission of orders with 24 hours.
Payment method
2. We accept paypal and bank transfer.
Cancellation
1. Full amount will refunded if the order is cancelled due to the unavailability of goods or before processing of order is made.
2. No cancellations is allowed if the order is already confirmed and processed.
Exchange & Refunds
1. All our goods sold are non-refundable.
2. Goods can be exchanged if the colour of the item delivered is incorrect without any charges.
2. Goods can be exchanged if the size of the item delivered is incorrect without any charges.
3. Goods can be exchanged if the product is torn/damaged/broken at the point of delivery.
4. Item tag must NOT be removed in order for any exchange to be done. We allow exchange within 7 days after receiving the item.
5. In the event that the customer would like to make an exchange for another colour/size/design even if the item recieved is in good condition/right colour/right size, an additional charge of min. SGD10 to cover the postage and processing cost.
